In order to send this email to this large group, I use a system that has all of the email addresses in the distribution list entered into it. I will send the e mail to the system which in turn sends it to you. At times there have been problems with certain emails not going through or being delayed. I apologize as we try to work through the issues with the administrators of the email system.
